Day longs provide a foundation for exploring the Dharma and establishing a steady meditation practice. Day longs range from beginner days that introduce mindfulness practices and fundamental teachings; "applied mindfulness" classes that focus on particular life issues or days that dive deep into the suttas. Unless otherwise stated, all days are open to beginners or experienced alike. Please note that while the days are open to beginners, instructions may not always be specific to beginners. You are always welcome to ask questions and clarify instructions at the appropriate time.
